What is the safest way to send or receive money over the Internet?
Paypal is the obvious answer, however, there are other payment processors. Moneybookers is a good example. I have used moneybookers.com on a few occations.





Other than that, there really are not good safe ways to send money over the internet (at least person to person).





If you are looking to recieve money on a fairly regular basis, check into credit card processors. That is more for buisnesses, but if you will have enough use, that may be an option.
