I want to buy and sell things online but do i have to link a bank account to send money to other paypal accounts?

Reply:Yes. They need to verify who you are and if you are legitimate. If you do not have a bank account, you can buy a debit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo and have that as your bank account. It will have the bank name, routing number, account number, etc., just like a regular banking account. I use Netspend. It's safe, convenient, and very easy. It can be used as a credit or debit card.
